Borneo Biker

Winter in the northern hemisphere was time to head south to tropical Borneo in the Far East – the world’s third largest island. This jungle-covered paradise is home to elephants, great apes, big cats, and rhinos – not to mention the deadly hammerhead slug! Tiffany’s two-month expedition on a Honda CRF250 presented many exciting challenges, from the extreme heat and humidity to the widely varying terrain.

Scooter Angel – I had crossed the border into the Indonesian part of Borneo and had to leave the Honda behind. The only two-wheeled bikes available were scooters!
