Madagascar was beckoning, having dreamt about it since camping on a beach in Mozambique, Tiffany was finally able to visit this fascinating island nation off the south east coast of Africa. Shipping Thelma out there was not going to be possible and so, having flown in, Tiffany bought a dirt bike – a Suzuki DR 350 – and rode it for three months.
She explored almost every corner of this unique country and enjoyed it so much that she now leads regular tours there – the only guide who leads international groups in this amazing place. The mud, extreme heat and desert sands were a huge challenge for Tiffany but one that she was capable of tackling.
