Helmet Review

There have been some ongoing issues with my website and I've realised that I haven't been able to receive emails sent via the website, so if you have tried to get in contact with me in the last few months - I apologise.

Things should be back to normal now - I've managed to actually be in the same town (often it's a rarity that we're in the same country at the same time!) as my webmaster and so I've sat down with him - after bribing with food and we've now got it sorted and I have my own server.

Vote for Me Please

Great news - one of my photos from India has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Horizons Unlimited Motorcycle Travellers' Calendar

Rider Mania - the full story

As we came through the hills, I could see Goa in the distance with the sun reflecting off the sea

Rider Mania

Late November and I flew into Mumbai, drove up to Pune and picked up a Royal Enfield Bullet - 500cc, fuel injected and the perfect bike for India's roads

Happy New Year 2016

I'll start by sending belated Christmas Greetings and a Happy New Year to you all and an apology for being so quiet lately.

Happy New Year 2016

Thank you for your patience, I was having problems blogging :) but the webmaster has resolved things - thank you Marcus.

In America - In a Car

I was offered a ride from San Francisco down to Arizona in a car with my friend Jamie, I'm not very familiar with cars, and maybe had delusions of grandeur about what he would turn up in....

Back in the USA...

Having taken the rather drastic step of crossing the Atlantic Ocean to avoid the UK's General Election. I'm in America to do a presentation at the Overland Expo in Flagstaff, Arizona 14th-18th May.

I'm not actually on Thelma for this trip - as it's a flying visit.

Talking about Travels...

I've just been to the London Bike Show and had a great time, lots of people interested in hearing about the Ladies in Ladakh trip I'll be doing later this year (still some spaces on it for those who are interested).

A couple of days later, I did a radio interview - whilst my voice was still bit croaky from all the talking I'd been doing at the show (my apologies for the huskiness).

You can hear the interview here...
